Dear Association of Osteobiology Members:
The 2021 Osteobiology Dinner and Annual Meeting will be held at Lou and Mickey’s (right opposite the Convention Center) in San Diego and the dinner fee will be $130. We will partly subsidize the attendance of young investigators invited by their mentors, who can participate at the special fee of $100. The dinner will take place on Saturday October 2, 2021, at 6:30 pm. We are organizing a wonderful evening of good food, wine and entertainment, including an after dinner lecture (information to follow). I have had commitments and payments for 22 people to attend. We have a limit of 28 this year because of space and attendance. Thus, there are 6 remaining seats available. Please pay for dinner ASAP, and let me know (ncp234@nyu.edu) if you are coming. We can only accommodate the first 6. If you have problems with paying on the website, let me know. We are in the last stages of developing a new and much-improved website.
We hope some more of you will make it a priority to attend.
Last but not least, we accept nominations for new members. Please address them to the Council, along with two letters of support and the nominee CV.
We hope that you share our view that the Association of Osteobiology provides a unique experience for members and networking opportunities for your junior associates. Please take action to bring your dues up to date and book for the annual dinner.
