Annual dues and Dinner

Dear Association of Osteobiology Members:

On behalf of the Council, I would like to remind those who have not renewed their membership yet, that your fee is now due for the year 2019. Please visit the Association website www.osteobiology.org and process your payment through the member login page as soon as possible. The membership fee for the year 2019 is $60.

The 2019 Osteobiology Dinner and Annual Meeting will be held in Orlando and the dinner fee will be $130. We will partly subsidize the attendance of young investigators invited by their mentors (only one per mentor), who can participate at the special fee of $100.

The dinner will take place on Saturday September 21, 2019, at 6:30 pm. at:

Cuba Libre
Pointe Orlando
9101 International Drive Suite #1004
Orlando, FL 32819
Tel: 407-226-1600
cubalibrerestaurant.com

The dinner will include cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres and a 3-course menu with selection
onsite. We are organizing a wonderful evening of good food, wine and entertainment,
including an after dinner lecture from a person from NASA Kennedy Space Center (details to follow).

We hope you will all make it a priority to attend. Note that the restaurant is within walking
distance from the Convention Center and that we usually finish early enough to allow you to still make it to the ASBMR Networking Event that is also scheduled for that evening.

Last but not least, we continue to accept nominations for new members. Please address them to the Council, along with two letters of support and the nominee CV.

We hope that you share our view that the Association of Osteobiology provides a unique experience for members and networking opportunities for your junior associates. Please take action to bring your dues up to date and book for the annual dinner.

Nicky Partridge
President
